Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like The Irish Harp that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Our stay was nice as usual. Even the Sofia airport was not so far. Radonova House was a short walk to.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the Christmas dinner was enjoyable and the staff was friendly. the free shuttle to the ski slopes was very convenient and saved us a lot of time. the hotel had a pool and a sauna, which was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the village center and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the breakfast room was sometimes crowded. the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

The quality and services offered for the price (20 euros per night, double room) were amazing. The pool was really nice. Decent breakfast. Very pleasant, English speaking staff. The food in the bar was good and excellent value compared with restauants in the centre. Highly recommended for an out of season, relaxing break.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the beautiful Pirin mountain. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the gondola. I could easily reach the gondola in an hour and even get there in my snowboarding gear on a morning. The hotel provided free parking, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff in the dining area were very friendly. I especially want to thank Boris for his exceptional service!

1) The hotwater is unstable. 2) The lighting auto cut off at first day. I already told the staff to repair. However, it is fine before the staff coming. 3) No direct line to front desk.
